Delete Your Account

IABET (com.iabet.mobile) lets you request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You can do this directly inside the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have access to the app. This page explains both methods and what data is removed.

The fastest way to delete your account:

• Open the IABET app and sign in.
• Go to Settings > Account Info.
• Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation flow.

Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and your data is removed as described below.

If you can’t access the app (for example, you deleted it or lost your device), email us and we will process the deletion for you:

Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and send it from the email address linked to your IABET account so we can verify your identity. We confirm and complete these requests within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your profile (name, email address, and authentication credentials)
• Followed picks, favorites, and saved preferences
• In-app activity and settings associated with your account
• Optional analytics and masked session-replay data linked to your account

Most data is deleted immediately or shortly after your request. A limited set of records is retained only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse:

• Account data: deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.
• Error logs: retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Billing and transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by tax law.
• Support communications: retained for 12 months after resolution.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by IABET, so deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
