How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions > IABET > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the IABET app, go to Settings > Subscriptions, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Why am I not seeing predictions?

Predictions are generated daily during the NBA season. If no games are scheduled, no predictions will appear. Check the Schedule tab for upcoming games.

How do confidence scores work?

Each prediction includes a confidence percentage calculated by our AI models. Higher confidence means stronger statistical agreement across our 12 models and 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations. Different subscription tiers unlock different confidence ranges.

Is IABET a gambling app?

No. IABET provides AI-generated sports predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any bets, wagers, or gambling transactions.
